1. Products

We sell raw, local honey produced from our own hives. All honey is sold as-is, unfiltered, and may vary by season. Because honey is a natural food product, color and flavor may differ from batch to batch.

2. Returns & Refunds

For food safety reasons, honey sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased or opened.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

3. Bee Removal Services

Bee removal services require an appointment and access to the area of concern. Pricing depends on the location, size of the hive, and type of removal needed (swarm, cut-out, relocation, etc.).

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline service in situations that are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our service region.

5. Payment

Payment for honey or bee removal must be made at the time of purchase or completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Use of Website
